AUTH_KEYID_T
Represents the Authority Key Identifier Extension of the X509V3 certificate.

CERT_SERIALNUMBER
Returns the SerialNumber field of the Authority Key Identifier as a blob.
Returns: text_t
EXISTS
Returns boolean TRUE if the Authority Key Identifier extension exists in the certificate,
otherwise returns boolean FALSE.
Returns: bool_at
ISSUER_NAME
Returns the Issuer Distinguished Name as a '/' seperated Name-Value pair list,
where '=' seperates the Name and the Value.
