videooptimization-pacingpolicy

The following operations can be performed on “videooptimization-pacingpolicy”:

add rm set stat rename unset show

add videooptimization pacingpolicy

Creates a videooptimization pacing policy, which specifies requests that the Citrix ADC intercepts and applies specific pacing rate. NOTE: This command is deprecated.As part of video optimization, the video pacing functionality is deprecated.

Synopsis

Arguments

name Name for the videooptimization pacing policy. Must begin with a letter, number, or the underscore character (_), and must contain only letters, numbers, and the hyphen (-), period (.) pound (#), space ( ), at (@), equals (=), colon (:), and underscore characters.Can be modified, removed or renamed.

rule Expression that determines which request or response match the video optimization pacing policy.

The following requirements apply only to the Citrix ADC CLI:

  • If the expression includes one or more spaces, enclose the entire expression in double quotation marks.
  • If the expression itself includes double quotation marks, escape the quotations by using the \ character.
  • Alternatively, you can use single quotation marks to enclose the rule, in which case you do not have to escape the double quotation marks.

action Name of the videooptimization pacing action to perform if the request matches this videooptimization pacing policy.

undefAction Action to perform if the result of policy evaluation is undefined (UNDEF). An UNDEF event indicates an internal error condition. Only the above built-in actions can be used.

comment Any type of information about this videooptimization pacing policy.

logAction Name of the messagelog action to use for requests that match this policy.

Example

i) add videooptimization pacingpolicy pol1 -rule “HTTP.REQ.URL.CONTAINS(".mov")” -action pacingAct1

rm videooptimization pacingpolicy

Removes the specified videooptimization pacing policy. NOTE: This command is deprecated.As part of video optimization, the video pacing functionality is deprecated.

stat videooptimization pacingpolicy

Displays statistics for all video optimization pacing policies currently configured on the Citrix ADC, or detailed statistics for the specified policy. NOTE: This command is deprecated.As part of video optimization, the video pacing functionality is deprecated.

Synopsis

Arguments

name Name of the Video Optimization Pacing policy for which to show detailed statistics.

detail Specifies detailed output (including more statistics). The output can be quite voluminous. Without this argument, the output will show only a summary.

fullValues Specifies that numbers and strings should be displayed in their full form. Without this option, long strings are shortened and large numbers are abbreviated

ntimes The number of times, in intervals of seven seconds, the statistics should be displayed. Default value: 1 Minimum value: 0

logFile The name of the log file to be used as input.

clearstats Clear the statsistics / counters

Possible values: basic, full

Policy hits (Hits) Number of hits on the policy

Policy undef hits (Undefhits) Number of undef hits on the policy

rename videooptimization pacingpolicy

Renames the specified videooptimization pacing policy. NOTE: This command is deprecated.As part of video optimization, the video pacing functionality is deprecated.

newName New name for the videooptimization pacing policy. Must begin with a letter, number, or the underscore character (_), and must contain only letters, numbers, and the hyphen (-), period (.) hash (#), space ( ), at (@), equals (=), colon (:), and underscore characters.

Removes the settings of an existing videooptimization pacing policy. Attributes for which a default value is available revert to their default values. See the set videooptimization detectionpolicy command for descriptions of the parameters..Refer to the set videooptimization pacingpolicy command for meanings of the arguments.NOTE: This command is deprecated.As part of video optimization, the video pacing functionality is deprecated.

comment Any type of information about this videooptimization pacing policy.

logAction Name of the messagelog action to use for requests that match this policy.

labelType Type of policy label invocation.

labelName Name of the label to invoke if the current policy rule evaluates to TRUE.

vserverType builtin Flag to determine if videooptimization pacing policy is built-in or not

feature The feature to be checked while applying this config
