dns-resolverEntry

The following operations can be performed on “dns-resolverEntry”:

show dns resolverEntry

Displays the domain name and record type for current DNS resolutions.

Synopsis

show dns resolverEntry [-detail]

Arguments

detail To get a detailed view of ongoing DNS resolution entries

Output

hostName Domain Name being resolved

nsrectype DNS query type

cnameEntry First CName during DNS resolution

dnsQueryId DNS query ID

passiveRIPs Total number of Passive RIPS attached

resolutiondepth DNS resolution depth

cnameResolutionDepth CNAME resolution depth

sourceIP Source IP address

srcPort Source port number

destIP Destination IP address

destPort Destination port number

isSecondaryRIP Indicates if current DNS resolution rip is secondary or not

isResolutionInProgress Indicates if DNS resolution is in progress or not

isPassiveRIP Indicates if RIP is passive or not

isLoopCase Indicates if DNS resolution is a loop case or not

isEDNS Indicates if EDNS is being used or not

dnsProtocol Indicates the DNS resolution is over TCP or UDP

activeRIPDevno Devno of Active/Parent RIP, for passive/secondary rips it is the devno of corresponding active rip

peId PE where the DNS resolution is taking place

devno count stateflag _nextgenAPIResource
