add ns licenseserver

Adds License server config to the appliance.

Synopsis

add ns licenseserver ( | ) \[-port <positive\_integer>] \[-forceUpdateIP] \[-licensemode \(-userName -password ) \[-deviceProfileName ]]

Arguments

licenseServerIP IP address of the License server.

serverName Fully qualified domain name of the License server.

port License server port. Default value: NS_LICENSE_DEFAULT_PORT Minimum value: 0

forceUpdateIP If this flag is used while adding the licenseserver, existing config will be overwritten. Use this flag only if you are sure that the new licenseserver has the required capacity.

licensemode This paramter indicates type of license customer interested while configuring add/set licenseserver

Possible values: Pooled, VCPU, CICO, SelfManagedPool, SelfManagedvCPU, LAS

userName Username to authenticate with ADM Agent for LAS licensing. Must begin with a letter, number, or the underscore character (_), and must contain only letters, numbers, and the hyphen (-), period (.) pound (#), space ( ), at (@), equals (=), colon (:), and underscore characters.

password Password to use when authenticating with ADM Agent for LAS licensing.

deviceProfileName Device profile is created on ADM and contains the user name and password of the instance(s). ADM will use this info to add the NS for registration

rm ns licenseserver

Removes the License server. You can specify the server by IP address or by name.

rm ns licenseserver ( | )

Arguments

licenseServerIP IP address of the License server to be removed.

serverName Name of the License server to be removed.

set ns licenseserver

Modifies the port of License server.

Synopsis

set ns licenseserver ( | ) \[-port <positive\_integer>] \[-licensemode ]
